Qatar Shooting Team to Start Training Camp in Italy Tomorrow

Doha, July 02 (QNA) - Qatar Shooting Team will hold its training camp on Tuesday in Rome, Italy, and will continue until July 15, in preparation for participating in the tournaments qualifying for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The Qatari team is participating in the camp with two players Masoud Al Adhba and Hammad Al-Marri, who won a bronze medal in Italy at the individual level qualifying for the Amir of Kuwait Shooting Championship in May. The head of the mission Ibrahim Al-Mohannadi, said in a press statement today that this camp is important, especially that most of the teams preparing for the tournaments and external participants to camp in Italy. Al-Mohannadi said that the Qatari team has ambitious and promising elements who seek to reach the best positions, and that opportunities are available for all Qatar's athletes in the shooting sport to make achievements. For his part, Shooter Hamad Al-Marri considered this camp as a good opportunity for him as he will enter a special preparation program that contributes to achieving good result during the upcoming tournaments.
