Qatar Stars League to Participate in Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Festival

Doha, November 15 (QNA) - The Qatar Stars League (QSL) will participate in a football festival to be organised by the Yarmouk Preparatory School for Boys on Wednesday, marking the start date of the 2022 World Cup four years from now. The festival will include several football-related events, with the participation of a number of sports and media figures as well as celebrities. More than 300 students representing 30 schools will also be a part of it. The festival coincides with the start date of FIFA World Cup in Qatar four years on. Its main objective is to send a strong message that Qatar is steadily on its way towards organising the Arab worlds first World Cup, which will leave a lasting legacy for the entire region. (QNA)
