Qatar Take on Thailand in AFC U-19 Quarter-Finals

Jakarta, October 27 (QNA) - Qatar's youth national team is looking to qualify for the AFC U-19 semi-finals and the 2019 Poland World Cup when they meet their Thai counterpart on Sunday at 12 pm Doha time on the main stadium in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, "Gelora Bung Karno Stadium" in the AFC U-19 Championship. After a day of rest following the previous match against China Taipei, Qatar team returned to training on the subfield of the main stadium where the match will be played on Sunday. The technical staff led by Portuguese Bruno Miguel is applying some tactical strategies with a focus on handling some mistakes especially those related to defense. The Qatari team also had physical exercises accompanied by direct instructions for some players to overcome the possible mistakes. (QNA)
