SCYS training plan approved

Manama, Feb 22 (BNA) – 90% of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS)'s staff will be engaged in training sessions within the 2015 training plan that aims to develop vocational skills. Head of Resources Management and Services, Head of Training Committee, Marwan Kamal, said the training programme aims to support principles of equal training opportunities. Where 100% of female staff will be benefited from the training programme, while the percentage among male staff will be 90%. He noted the directives of SCYS Sec-Gen, Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, on performance development in line with Civil Service Bureau systems. He stressed the implementation of 1300 training hours during last year.
