'Zayed and the Dream' opens in Lebanon
Beirut - Feb 14, 2010 (WAM)- Curtain rose on the musical extravaganza 'Zayed and the Dream' at the 'Forum de Beyrouth' in the Lebanese capital.
A large audience turned out to watch the premiere of the aesthetic tribute to the founder of the UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Among them were Mona Afish, Minister of State and the representative of the Lebanese President, Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazroui, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage, Rahmah Al Zaabi, UAE ambassador in Beirut, a number of Lebanese ministers and former Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora.
The theatrical piece is produced by the founder of the Caracalla Dance Theatre Abdel-Halim Caracalla and his production team with support from the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH).
