etisalat records net profits at Dh1,994 million for the first quarter of 2010
Abu Dhabi, April 19, 2010 (WAM)- etisalat yesterday announced its condensed consolidated interim financial results for the first quarter of 2010. In its filing, etisalat announced net profits of Dh1,994 million.
Compared to the same period last year, net revenues increased by Dh 379 million (5%) from Dh 7,566 million to Dh 7,945 million. Earnings Per Share in the first quarter was Dh 0.25. Etisalat mobile subscribers in the first quarter of 2010 reached 7.71 million and fixed-line subscribers were recorded at 1.3 million. Internet customers were recorded at 1.38 million.
