UAE to hunt Mabhouh killers in a lawful and organised manner: Sheikh Abdullah
Abu Dhabi, April 21, 2010 (WAM)- The UAE is bent on pursuing the assassins of Mahmoud Al-Mabhouh, the Hamas military chief who was found dead in a hotel room in Dubai, in January 20th, who all used fake passports, the UAE Foreign Minister H.H Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan has stressed.
"We will hunt those individuals in a lawful and organised manner to demonstrate that the UAE is a state of law and respect," the Minister said yesterday during the Federal National Council session.
“This sends a clear message, not only to Israel, but also to other countries around the world,” he noted.
"The UAE respects the sovereignty of other states and adheres to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other states. Therefore, other states have to do the same. The UAE does not allow any individuals or states to carry out an unlawful and chaotic act on its territory and will pursue and bring to account whoever is tempted to do that."
