New Zealand is keen to further enhance existing bilateral cooperation with UAE, Tim Groser
Abu Dhabi, May 5, 2010 (WAM)- New Zealand Minister of Trade Hon. Tim Groser, and the accompanying delegation visited Umm Habiba Primary School in Abu Dhabi, where he was received by HE Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Director General of Abu Dhabi Education Council, Mohamed Salem Al Dhaheri, ADEC's Executive Director of School Operations and in the presence of Trevor Matheson , Ambassador of New Zealand to the UAE.
During the visit, Groser emphasised the keenness of the New Zealand Government to further enhance the existing bilateral cooperation relations between New Zealand and UAE at all levels, especially in the area of education through the exchange of experiences between educational institutions in both countries.
He added that this visit will provide an opportunity for discussing and showcasing the remarkable achievements and initiatives attained by Abu Dhabi in education, aiming at achieving a comprehensive development of the whole education sector.
