UAE, USA discuss draft judicial agreements

New York - May, 6, 2010 (WAM)- Visiting UAE Minister of Justice Dr. Hadef Al Dhahiri held expanded talks yesterday with US Attorney General Eric Holder over draft agreements the two countries are intending to conclude on judicial and legal fields. Ways of boosting bilateral judicial cooperation including training of members of judiciary and public prosecution in the US universities and institutes of law were discussed during the talks. The UAE minister and his accompanying delegation visited Office of the Attorney General to learn about best legal practices. The delegation will tour the State Justice Institute and federal courts.
