Emirates Post issues stamps on UAE Pavilion at Expo 2010 Shanghai

Abu Dhabi, May 13, 2010 (WAM)- Emirates Post has issued two commemorative stamps to mark the opening of the UAE Pavilion at Expo 2010 Shanghai. Issued in denominations of Dh1 and Dh5.50, the stamps are available at all UAE post offices. The stamps feature the UAE Pavilion, portraying the mesmerizing sand-dunes of the famous ‘Empty Quarter'. The iconic stand has been designed using modern technologies and aesthetic elements.
With over 70 million people set to attend Expo 2010 Shanghai, many visitors are expected to visit the UAE Pavilion. It is a truly global exhibition that showcases the UAE to the world.
