Ajman Ruler meets Syrian President

Damascus - May 19, 2010 (WAM)- UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad discussed in Damascus yesterday bilateral relations between the two countries. The Ajman Ruler conveyed to Bashar Al-Assad greetings of President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and alluded to his keenness on strengthening relations between the two countries in various fields.
The meeting was attended Salem Issa Al Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to Syria. The Syrian President asked the Ruler to convey his greetings to President Sheikh Khalifa and thanked him for building the Al Nuaimi Charity Hospital in the Syrian city of Hims, noting that the hospital is an expression of fraternity between the Arabs. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
