Municipality of Abu Dhabi City scoops Best Pioneer Scheme Award in the Middle East

Abu Dhabi, May 24, 2010 (WAM)- The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City has won the Best Pioneer Scheme for Technology Applications and Asset Management Award through its SCADA System and Asset Management Control Project in the contest run by ITP Group; the specialised Asset Management '&' Assessment Agency at the GCC and Middle East region.
The Award was collected by engineer Hussain Al Saeedi, Head of the work team supervising the project at Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, during the ceremony held by the Group in Dubai, where the Municipality scooped the Award among fierce competition from leading national and regional entities.
It is worth-mentioning that the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City has recently scooped several awards including Arab Towns Greens Award, and Best Website Award in addition to this Scada Project Award. ITP Group, which runs the contest, is one of the leading independent agencies in his line of business. It was established in Dubai in 1987 and its scope covers various fields such as publishing, information technology, customer care, and consumer care.
