Mohammed bin Zayed receives Kazakhstan Prime Minister

Abu Dhabi, May 24, 2010 (WAM)- General H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces received in Abu Dhabi yesterday Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov who is currently visiting the country.
Sheikh Mohammed welcomed the visit of Masimov and his accompanying delegation. He said that the two countries enjoy deep-rooted ties and called for exploring opportunities for furthering cooperation. During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed and Masimov discussed ways to boost cooperation between private sectors in the two countries and the potential investment opportunities.
The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan said he was pleased to visit the UAE and expressed his country's desire to strengthen ties with the UAE. He praised the progress made by the UAE in all fields. The meeting was attended by Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Culture, youth '&' Community Development, Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, and Askar Mussinov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
