Three dimensional animated movie to be produced to highlight the UAE plastic-bags-free initiative

Abu Dhabi, June 1, 2010 (WAM)- The Ministry of Water and Environment plans to produce a three dimensional animation movie in order to enhance the initiative of UAE plastic-bags-free. According to Khalid Mohammed Al Saedi, Acting Director of Awareness Department at the ministry, said the film aims at educating the young generation about proper way of conserving the natural resources. He also noted that this movie is the first of its kind to address the young generation in order to teach them better environmental behaviours to make the UAE plastic-bags-free by 2013. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
