UAE condemns Israeli attack on Lebanese army

Abu Dhabi, Aug 5, 2010 (WAM)- The UAE condemned yesterday Israel's aggression on the Lebanese army in south Lebanon as a flagrant infringement and blatant violation of the UN Security Council resolution No 1701. Sultan Al Ali, Director of Media Affairs and Government Communications Department, Foreign Ministry, expressed the UAE's solidarity with sisterly Republic of Lebanon, calling for implementation of the UN Security Council resolution to avoid any repercussions that impact security and stability in the region. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
