UAE pavilion at Shanghai Expo thrills official visitors

Shanghai - Aug 8, 2010 (WAM)- The UAE Pavilion has been welcoming a number of senior officials, who hailed the UAE pavilion and progress at the current Shanghai Expo. It welcomed on July 20th Chen Qi De, Vice Chairman of National People's congress. He expressed his great admiration and hailed the UAE progress in a very eloquent speech at the pavilion.
The VIP Guests were received by Deputy Director Abdulla Al Aidarous, who headed the UAE welcome team. The UAE pavilion also received Wang Yang, of Central Committee, Huang Huahua, Governor of Guang Dong Province and Mayor of Guang Dong City Wan Qingliang on 28 July at 2:00pm.
It also welcomed Commodore Josaia Voreqe Vainimarama, Prime Minister of Fuji on the 2nd of Aug. at10:00am. The Prime Minister was received by Al Aidarous, who headed the UAE welcome team.
The pavilion received the Iraq's Ambassador to China Abdulkarim Hashim Mustafa, who expressed his admiration about UAE Pavilion, pointing out that UAE pavilion reflects the culture of UAE.
Li Zhaoling, Vice Chairman of China Overseas Chinese Federation paid a visit to the UAE Pavilion, where she was received by Al Aidarous. The VIP guests expressed their admiration about the pavilion and progress of the UAE and its people based on the multimedia films they have viewed. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
