Palestinian PM lauds UAE's sustained support for Palestinian people

Abu Dhabi, Sept 13, 2010 (WAM)- Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Salam Fayyad praised the UAE for its continuous support for the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) which he put at US$42 million. ''The assistance demonstrates the incessant support the sister UAE is delivering to the PNA to enable it meets its required obligations towards needs of our people, Fayyad said in a statement yesterday. The Palestinian premier expressed the profound gratitude of the PNA to the president, government and people of the UAE for the fraternal grant and its persistent support for the Palestinian people. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
