UAE pavilion in Shanghai wins NCSEA Excellence Award in Structural Engineering

Shanghai - Oct 25, 2010 (WAM)- Lithuanian Agricultural Minister Kazys Starkevicius lauded the UAE pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010 during his visit, expressing admiration about the sand-dune design and multimedia materials displaying the history and civilisation of UAE. The Lithuanian minister and the delegation accompanying him were received at the arrival by Ahmed Al Sheiba, deputy director of the pavilion, who presented a demonstration about the participation of the UAE at Shanghai Expo 2010.
Earlier the UAE pavilion won the award of the US based National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA) allocated for the 2010 Excellence in Structural Engineering. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
