Portugal thanks UAE for backing its nomination to UN Security Council

Lisbon - Nov 23, 2010 (WAM)- Portuguese Prime Minister Jose Socrates received yesterday UAE ambassador to Portugal Saqr Nasser Al Raesi. They discussed bilateral relations between UAE and Portugal. During the meeting, the Portuguese Premier offered the appreciation and gratitude of his country to UAE for supporting the nomination of Portugal to UN Security Council. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
