GCC Summit drafting panel meets in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, Dec 5, 2010 (WAM)- The drafting committee for the 31st GCC summit met yesterday to review an array of political, economic, security, military and social issues included in the agenda of the GCC ministerial council which is scheduled to meet tomorrow. Tariq Al Haidan, Assistant UAE Foreign Minister for Political Affairs and chairman of the meeting, said the GCC officials discussed issues dealing with the economic agenda including the GCC common market, GCC power and rail grids and environment. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
