Oman affirms full support to GCC's efforts

Abu Dhabi, Dec 7, 2010 (WAM)- Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs and head of the Omani delegation to the 31st GCC summit Fahad bin Mahmoud Al-Sayed has affirmed Oman's full support to the efforts by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to further coordination and promote cooperation among member states.
"The outlook for the Council's joint action, in light of the current regional and international developments, mandates consolidation of all good efforts to improve performance, carry out agreed programs and remove any barriers to the implementation of the targeted policies, the senior Omani official who represents Sultan Qaboos of Oman to the GCC summit said in a statement upon arrival in Abu Dhabi. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
