UAE condemns blast in Chabahar, Iran

Abu Dhabi, Dec 16, 2010 (WAM)- The United Arab Emirates strongly denounced the blast which had targeted a place of worship in Chabahar City, Southern, Iran killing dozens of people who were marking Ashura day and the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein. H.H Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates affirmed that "the United Arab Emirates strongly condemns this criminal act which targeted safe and innocent people, affirms its full solidarity with Iran in the face of such criminal acts, expresses condolences to the families of the victims and best wishes for the injured." – Emirates News Agency, WAM
