Swiss Pavilion at WFES to house forty companies in energy sector

Abu Dhabi, Jan 6, 2011 (WAM)- The Swiss ambassador to UAE Wolfgang Amadeus Bruelhart asserted yesterday that Switzerland will make an impressive presence at the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2011 due to open on 17th January in Abu Dhabi. At a press conference held at the Swiss embassy in Abu Dhabi, Bruelhart disclosed that the Swiss delegation participating in the summit includes Secretary of State Dr. Walter Steinman, who will represent the Swiss Ministry of Environment, Transport and Energy, Dr. Uwe Krueger, CEO of OC Oerlikon, senior government officials, Co-Founder of the Foundation For Global Sustainability (FFGS) Nick Beglinger, a number of businessmen and professors from Swiss universities.
The Swiss Pavilion at the WFES to be opened at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) will house the top 40 companies who offer latest products and solutions for the renewable energy sector, the environment and clean technology, added the ambassador. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
