The murder of an Azerbaijani child by Armenians is not anything, but an act of terror, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Elkhan Polukhov told Trend, commenting on the murder of a 13-year-old Azerbaijani girl as a result of blast of the explosive device that was loaded inside a toy, found in the river near the Alibeyli village of Azerbaijani Tovuz district.
