Deputy Chief of the Military Commissariat Department Etibar Nuriyev has been arrested for corruption.
The source added that Nuriyev was detained for faults made while working previously in another position.
He was arrested 15 days ago. The Baku Military Court ordered to arrest him for three months as a preventive measure.
The Military Prosecutor's Office filed a criminal case under Article 311.3.2 and 341.3. The investigation is underway.
If the accusations are confirmed, he may be imprisoned from 5 to 12 years with confiscation of property.
