‘Deviationists slandering principlists to swing votes’

TEHRAN,Jan.16(MNA) – Iranian MP Parviz Sorouri of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee said on Sunday that the deviationists and seditionists have launched a smear campaign against the principlists to gain an edge in the March parliamentary election. He also said that the deviationists are making unrealistic election pledges such as increasing cash subsidies to win votes, adding that they are trying to suggest that principlist lawmakers are preventing the administration from fulfilling its promises to turn people against the principlists.
