‘Obama has sent a verbal message, not a letter, to Iran’

TEHRAN, Jan. 21 (MNA) – U.S. President Barack Obama had not sent a letter to the Supreme Leader, rather he had sent a verbal message, which has been conveyed to the country’s officials, an advisor to the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps commander said on Thursday. Saffar Harandi also said, “Today, without setting any precondition, they (U.S. officials) are saying: ‘Let’s negotiate like two powers.’”
