Iran says will certainly halt oil export to some EU states

TEHRAN, Feb. 4 (MNA) – Iranian Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi announced on Saturday that Iran will surely cease oil exports to some European Union countries. A decision by Iran to stop oil exports to some EU countries came after the 27-member bloc agreed to ban oil imports from Iran over its nuclear program. The decision will go into effect on July 1. Qasemi also said Iran will decide about the export of oil to some other European countries which have been less hostile to Iran. “We are going to decide about the export of oil to the rest of European countries in the future,” Qasemi told reporters.
