Ghana hosts Iranian cultural festival

TEHRAN,Feb.9(MNA) – Accra, the capital city of Ghana hosted an Iranian cultural festival organized by the Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA). IIDCYA displayed a series of books, video games as well as a collection of Iran’s national dolls Dara and Sara at the exhibit, which ran from February 1 to 6. Hamid Navaii-Lavasani, an IIDCYA official, said that Iranian cultural officials as well as a group of Ghanaian officials and artists took part in the opening ceremony. Officials from the National Museum of Ghana also took part in the ceremony, congratulating the Iranians for the 33rd anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
