Kazakhstan appoints new deputy culture and information minister

Kazakhstan, Astana, Feb.16/ Trend T.Nurmagambetov / Arman Kyrykbayev has been appointed as the Kazakh Deputy Culture and Information Minister by the government decision. Kyrykbayev Arman Orazbayevich was born in 1976. He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management and Diplomatic Academy of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan. He is an economist and international affairs expert, and a specialist in international relations. He began his career in 1997 as a reviewer in the Foreign Ministry. He then served as attaché, third secretary of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan, the second secretary of the Central Asian and Transcaucasian Committee of the CIS. He was deputy mayor of the Medeu district, director of the State Fund for Youth Policy Development in Almaty. In January 2010 he was appointed as deputy major of Karaganda region.
