Iranian animation to open New York film festival

TEHRAN,Feb.20(MNA) – The Iranian animation “Once Upon a Time on Earth” by Fayyaz Bahram will go on screen during the opening ceremony of the Queens World Film Festival in New York in March. The one-minute animation spotlights the development of human civilization concerning damages it brought to nature. “Once Upon a Time on Earth” stresses that nature is an inseparable part of our lives and destroying it will destroy us. The animation will compete in the “Occupy This” section of the film festival which will run from March 1 to 4. “Mask”, “My Green Pencil” and “Penalty” are among other credits of Bahram Fayyaz.
