Iranian film festival underway in Sri Lanka

TEHRAN,Feb.25(MNA) -- The National Film Corporation of Sri Lanka is currently playing host to an Iranian film festival. Iranian director Abbas Rafei and photojournalist Babak Borzuyeh have attended the event where an exhibition of photos by Borzuyeh is underway on the side section. “Kimia and Soil” by Rafei, “Gold and Copper” by Iranian director Homayun As’adian, “The Child and The Angel” by Masud Naqashzadeh and “Beloved Sky” by Darisuh Mehrjuii are among the films to go on screen during the festival. A workshop is also arranged to be held on Sunday. The festival opened on February 24 and will run until Tuesday.
