Eight Iranian boxers to compete in Olympic qualifications

TEHRAN,March 12(MNA) – Eight Iranian boxers will compete at the Asian Continental Olympic Boxing Qualification tournament, which will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, from April 5-12. Iman Tayyebi in 52kg, Armin Amjadian in 56kg, Forutan Golara in 60kg, Mehdi Toluti in 64kg, Amin Ghasemipour in 69kg, Mohammad Sattarpour in 75kg, Ali Mazaheri in 91kg and Abdolmajid Sepahvand are the Iranian boxers who will compete in the event. Ehsan Ruzbahani in 81kg weight class has already booked a place in the prestigious event. The team will be headed by Hossein Nohrudi in the competitions.
