ADNEC scoops Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award

Abu Dhabi, Oct 2, 2012 (WAM) - The Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has won the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, Gold Category in Customer Services in its 11th edition held under the patronage of His Highness Gen. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The ceremony was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs along with other senior officials. Commenting on winning this Award, Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon, Chairman of ADNEC, said, "This outstanding accolade is a recognition of the Company's ongoing and tireless efforts year on end to elevate the level of ADNEC's services and world-class facilities to meet the needs of strategic partners whilst attracting more international event organisers to Abu Dhabi." Stressing that ADNEC plays a pivotal role in achieving the Abu Dhabi 2030 Vision by attracting leading local and international event organisers to stage bespoke exhibitions and conferences in various sectors, Sheikh Sultan said, "ADNEC undertakes a rapidly-growing important role in achieving the Emirate's long-term goals of economic growth and diversification.
