28th meeting on ASEAN origin of goods held
(KPL) The 28th meeting on ASEAN origin of goods was held in Vientiane on Monday to discuss various issues on determining and implementing the rule on ASEAN origin of goods.
The meeting focused on amending the ASEAN origin of goods regulation and Certificates of Determined Origin of Goods of ASEAN member countries to provide convenience for government and private businesses in promoting goods production among ASEAN member countries. Over 80 participants from 10 ASEAN countries attended the meeting and its related events. The Coordinating Committee on the Implementation of the Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) Scheme for AFTA (CCCA) will also meet here between 23 and 25 October.
