Mohammed bin Zayed receives senior British Defence official

Abu Dhabi, Dec 10, 2012 (WAM) - His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has received at the Armed Forces Officers' Club British chief of defence staff, General Sir David Richards and the delegation accompanying. Sheikh Mohammed welcomed the visit of the British official, lauding the highest level of the UAE- British relations. He referred to the growing cooperation ties between the two sides. The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and the British official discussed the cooperation ties and friendship between the two countries, especially in the defence and military areas. They stressed the keenness of both sides on safeguarding the security, stability and peace in the region.
