Deputy premier receives UK ambassador

Manama, Feb. 12. (BNA) – Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the British Ambassador to Bahrain Iain Lindsay. The Deputy Premier commended the efforts exerted by Ambassador Lindsay throughout his tenure, which, he said, contributed to consolidating the existing deep-rooted Bahraini-UK relations. The UK envoy expressed sincere thanks to the Deputy Premier for his cooperation, and efforts which enhanced joint action. He wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further success and prosperity.
