Ch.Saikhanbileg PM meets president of Rotary International

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister Ch.Saikhanbileg received Monday visiting K.R. Ravindran, the president of the Rotary International organization, in the State House. The Premier emphasized that the government of Mongolia is always thankful to the Rotary International and its clubs in Mongolia for implementing projects in various social areas, and said Mongolia will be continue supporting goodwill job of the clubs. Currently, 16 Rotary clubs operate in Mongolia, implementing a number of projects in the areas of health, education, environment and clean water. The Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated human rights purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. It is a secular organization open to all people regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, or political preference. There are 34,282 member clubs worldwide. 1.2 million individuals called Rotarians have joined these clubs.
