Abdullah bin Zayed begins a tour of Qatar, Jordan, Oman
Doha, February 7, 2009 (WAM) - Foreign Minister H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has started a tour that takes him to a number of Arab countries, including Qatar, Jordan and Oman.
He will hold talks with officials in these countries, focusing on regional issues and ways to bolster solidarity and unifying Arab ranks.
On the first leg of his tour, Sheikh Abdullah met today with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H.E. Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasim Bin Jabr Al Thani.
The meeting explored the brotherly UAE-Qatari relations as well as regional and international issues of common concern.
Present at the meeting was UAE Ambassador to Qatar Abdul Ridha Abdullah Khouri.
