Azerbaijani, Armenian FMs to meet before the end of the year

Moscow, November 9, AZERTAC The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs plan to organize a meeting between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan by the end of the year, spokesperson of Russia’s Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova has told a briefing.
