UAE, Belarus discuss military cooperation

Abu Dhabi, February 26, 2009 (WAM) - UAE and Belarus discussed military cooperation between the two countries yesterday .At a meeting here between the Undersecretary of UAE Ministry of Defence Lt.General Obeid Mohammed Al Kaabi and the Belarus' Minister of Defence Colonel-General Leonid Maltsev, they also discussed ways for enhancing relations between the two countries.
Maltsev is in UAE to attend the events of the International Defence Exhibition IDEX 2009 currently underway in Abu Dhabi.
