ADCP launches its official website
Abu Dhabi, March 2, 2009 (WAM) - Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties, ADCP, the prominent Abu Dhabi based Property Management Company, has recently launched its official website on the internet at http://www.adcp.ae giving an outlook of the company and its extended services in the rent market in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Jasim Al Darmaki, the Managing Director of ADCP stated "We have launched our website to widen the reach to our customers offering comprehensive services. The website has been designed by implementing innovative technologies to ensure saving time and efforts for thousands of our customers." Al Darmaki, also pointed out that ADCP now oversees more than 40.000 residential units in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and many other new projects under construction in collaboration with the Government of Abu Dhabi in the city of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Mussafah and Western Area to meet the increasing housing demands in light of the construction boom the Emirate of Abu Dhabi is witnessing in the present time.
The website covers and provides information of all ADCP's services in terms of Lease Management, Maintenance Planning, Landlord '&' Tenant Legislation, Property Management as well as Real Estate Projects being currently constructed to provide 9000 residential units in Abu Dhabi with a cost of Dh2.500.000.
