Al Rayyan and Al Ahli in Final of HH the Amir Volleyball Cup

Doha, May 11 (QNA) - Al Rayyan and Al Ahli will play on Saturday at Qatar Volleyball Association Hall in the final of HH the Amir's Cup competition which kicked off on April 26th with the participation of ten clubs namely Al Rayyan, Al Sadd, Al Shamal, Al Arabi, Al Gharafa, Al Wakrah, Al Ahli, Al Khor and Qatar SC. Al Rayyan and Al Ahly qualified to the final after winning the semi-finals at the expense of Al Arabi and Qatar SC. Al Rayyan is looking to confirm his superiority this season and have won his sixth title this year after winning the league title, the National Men's Championship, the Super Cup, Qatar Cup and the Arab Championship in Tunisia. Al Ahly will play the match tomorrow in a high spirit after success in qualifying after years of absence from the finals of this tournament. During a press conference, Al Rayyan coach Carlos Schwanke confirmed his desire to win the last of the local titles, to enter Qatari volleyball history by winning all local tournaments for this season. For his part, Al Ahli coach Igor Arbutina expressed his happiness with his team's performance this season reaching this stage of the competition, and pointing out that Al Ahli showed a good level worthy of this tournament and that his team will give the best to win the match tomorrow.
