MONGOLIAN ATHLETES ATTENDING WORLD NOMAD GAMES 2018 IN KYRGYZ

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 'World Nomad Games 2018', aiming to restore the heritage of world nomads, kicked off on September 2 in Cholpon-Ata city of Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mongolia is being represented by 80 athletes and Mongol Costumes Company in the Games that brought together some 3000 delegates from 77 countries. The World Nomad Games that will last until September 8 is featuring competitions of 37 types of traditional nomadic sports, including horse racing, kazakh kuresi, kyrgyz kurosh, tug of war, Er enish or a wrestling from horseback.
