Kazakh President arrives UAE
Abu Dhabi, March 15, 2009 (WAM) - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Abu Dhabi yesterday on a private visit to the UAE.
The Kazakh head of state was welcomed upon arrival by H.H. Gen. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, UAE Ambassador to Kazakhstan Ibrahim Hassan Saif, Kazakh Ambassador to UAE Askar Mussinov and a number of senior officials.
Starting a state visit on Monday, President Nazarbayev will hold talks with President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan over ways of boosting bilateral relations of cooperation and friendship and a host of issues of mutual concern.
