UAE, Kazakhstan sign four accords
Abu Dhabi, March 17, 2009 (WAM) - The United Arab Emirates has signed four agreements with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In a ceremony held in Abu Dhabi yesterday, H.E. Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Nurian Baiuzakuly Yrmekbaev, Kazakhstan's Deputy Foreign Minister, signed an agreement on political consultations between the two countries.
The two countries also signed three agreements on extradition of criminals, legal assistance in criminal matters and legal assistance in civil and commercial matters.
The three agreements were signed by Dr Ali Ibrahim Al Hossani, Acting Director General of the Justice Ministry, and Askar Mussinov, Kazakhstan's Ambassador to the UAE.
