Al Shahaniya Beat Qatar SC 2-1 in Qatargas League

Doha, November 26 (QNA) - Al Shahaniya secured a valuable win over Qatar SC in the match held Monday evening at Saoud bin Abdulrahman Stadium at Al Wakrah Club in the opening of the ninth round of Qatargas League for the -U23 clubs, which witnessed also Al Rayyan draw with Umm Salal and Al Sailiya with Al Ahly also drew (1-1). In the first match, Al Shahaniya managed to secure a valuable win over Qatar SC (2-1). Abdul Rahman Al Mudhaki and Ibrahim Ahmed scored for Al Shahaniya in (79, 22 minutes) and Ali Al Mohannadi scored for Qatar SC in the 50th minute. In the second match, Umm Salal secured a valuable draw from Al Rayyan (1-1) in the match that took place between the two clubs tonight at Al Sailiya Club Stadium. In the third match, Al Sailiya and Al Ahly drew positively, in the match which took place between the two clubs today evening at Suheim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar SC Club. The championship ends on Tuesday with three more matches, Al Gharafa fourth (15 points) against Al Khor third (16 points) at Thani bin Jassim Stadium, and in the second match Al Kharaitiyat 12th and last (one point) against Al Duhail who tops the ranking with (22 points), in the third match Al Arabi (18 points) will play against Al Saad ranked 9th (9 points) in Thani bin Jassim Stadium in Al Gharafa club.
