AFF Cup : Sale Of Final Tickets To Supporters Via FAM Closed

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 13 (Bernama) – The Football Association of Malaysia’s deadline for applications to buy tickets to the second leg match of the final of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 between Malaysia and Vietnam was midnight Wednesday night. FAM in a statement on its official Facebook account said it would not process applications that came in after the deadline and thanked supporters of the Harimau Malaya who bought their tickets through FAM. The clash will take place at the My Dinh, Hanoi this Saturday. “Fans support is crucial as Malaysia are on the threshold of bringing back the CUP,” FAM said. The Vietnamese Football Federation has allocated 3,000 tickets for Malaysian fans. Malaysia and Vietnam played to a 2-2 draw in the first leg at the National Stadium, Bukit Jalil here on Tuesday (Dec 11). Vietnam have the upper hand due to the away goals rule and furthermore they will have home ground advantage. -- BERNAMA
