Qatar Open Table Tennis, Qualifier for 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Mixed Doubles Category

Doha, August 02 (QNA) - Qatar Table Tennis Association today announced that the ITTF Qatar Open, which will be held between 3-8 March 2020, has been approved by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) as a qualifying tournaments for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in the mixed Doubles Category. The ITTF has also assigned the State of Qatar to host the qualifiers for individual competitions for the Tokyo Olympics 2020 from 26 to 29 May of the same year. China's Ma Long won the Men's Singles title in past edition of Qatar Open held in March 2019, while his countrywoman Wang Manyu won the Women's Singles Title. (QNA)
