King Mohammed VI of Morocco receives Hamdan bin Zayed

Fes, April 16, 2009 (WAM) - HRH King Mohammed VI of Morocco, received Tuesday evening in the Moroccan town of Fes, UAE Deputy Prime Minister HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Hamdan conveyed the regards of President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to King Mohammed VI. He also conveyed the greetings of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and HH General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces to the king of Morocco.
In his turn, the King of Morocco conveyed his regards to Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.
The meeting between Sheikh Hamdan and King Mohammed VI discussed cooperation between the two countries. They also exchanged views on a number of issues of common interests.
King Mohammed VI commended wise policies of the UAE in all fields under Sheikh Khalifa. On his part, Sheikh Hamdan has reiterated keenness of Sheikh Khalifa to boost the relations with Morocco in the best interest of the two peoples.
